How long does it take to process my e-voucher redemption?
Redemption is typically instant, provided your voucher is within its validity period.
Can I redeem a specific amount from my voucher?
Vouchers are not eligible for partial redemption and must be applied to a single purchase in full. Any unused value of the voucher will not be credited or saved for future use. For transactions that exceed the voucher's value, the remaining balance can be settled via PAYNOW or Credit Card.
