How long do refunds take to process?
PAYNOW and Credit Card refund typically take 14 - 21 business days to process and this can vary depending on the bank and card issuer policies.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of payment.
For PAYNOW: Refund is issued back to the bank account
FOr Credit Card: Refund is issued back to the credit card issuer
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If we approve a cancellation request, a $15 Cancellation / Amendment fee will be applied per order. Please note that delivery fee are non-refundable if the order is already in transit or has been delivered. Pacific Bookstores reserve the right to impose reasonable terms and conditions for any consent to any Cancellation / Amendment of an online order.
