Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If we approve a cancellation request, a $15 Cancellation / Amendment fee will be applied per order. Please note that delivery fee are non-refundable if the order is already in transit or has been delivered. Pacific Bookstores reserve the right to impose reasonable terms and conditions for any consent to any Cancellation / Amendment of an online order.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient options:
Self-Collection: Self-collect from the respective school bookshop
Home Delivery: Fulfiled by a third-party logistics partner. We offer multi-tiered delivery fees for families with multiple children from the same school to optimize savings.

Self-Collection point is at the respective SCHOOL BOOKSHOP. Please bring your Order Confirmation email for verification.

I purchase the wrong item, what should I do?
You may exchange booklist items at the school bookshop, provided they are in new, sellable condition with no names written.
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will need to pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, the remaining credit can be used on other items in the bookshop

Can I return FAS booklist items that I don't need?
Yes, you may return FAS booklist items you do not require.
For FAS beneficiaries opting for self-collection, kindly notify the bookshop staff of any unwanted items at the time of collection.
For FAS beneficiaries receiving home delivery, please return the unwanted items to the school bookshop

How do I opt in or out on the purchase of a booklist item?
During the ordering process, you can choose to opt in/out of purchasing a booklist item using the checkbox.
To include the item in your purchase, ensure the checkbox is ticked.
To exclude the item from your purchase, please ensure the checkbox is untick before proceeding.

Can I avoid the packaging fee?
Yes, you can! To avoid this charge, we encourage you to choose our Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB) option. Here's how:
1. When placing your order online, look for the "Bring Your Own Bag" option under "Select The Packaging"
2. Select that option, and the packaging fee will be automatically removed from your total during checkout.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If you did not receive your order on the scheduled delivery day, you can track its status here or contact the delivery customer service via WhatsApp at +65 89867937 or email at [email protected]
*Note: Delivery routes are determined by the courier company. The driver will attempt to deliver your parcel between 0900 and 1800hrs.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier may attempt a second delivery, subject to their availabilty. After 2 failed delivery attempt, the order will be transferred back to the school bookshop fro self-collection. You will be required to provide your order confirmation for collection.
To reschedule a delivery, an additional fee of $25 per order will apply.
